Thanks to our wide international business network and world-class technology providers like NOVA, we are able to form strong partnerships between actors across the whole hydrogen production supply chain in order to secure a profitable project for our client.

We allocate responsibilities between project participants and coordinate across miltiple work streams. Depending on the project complexity, we either engage an external expert or conduct feasibility studies ourselves to examine the technical, economic and financial aspects of the project.

Together with our external financial advisors we assess funding opportunities available on the international, regional and local level both in the form of grants and debt. To ensure access to necessary funds, we only partner with experienced financial avisors that have been successful in obtaining grant financing for their projects.

Depending on the business risks identified, as well as the preferences of project participants, we come up with the suitable financial structure of the project with the aim to optimize the blend of capital and enhance stakeholders’ value.

With the full picture of risks and returns, we guide project stakeholders in making a well-informed investment decision and conclude whether the project is sustainable to ensure long-term success.

We act as a pure project developer, sustaining all development costs, in exchange of a carried interest on the project’s equity. At this stage the project is ready to build and is sold to external investors who will complete the construction and operate the project.

We directly invest in the project, execute the construction together with experienced EPC contractors and ultimately engage in the day-to-day operations: handling the hydrogen and oxygen physical flows and taking care of the risk management activities related to the project.
